Acoustic Design Service

Holgate Fencing offers a unique consultancy service in the design and specification of noise barriers for traffic, rail and industrial applications. 

Computer modeling enables us to build up a 3D model and simulate the performance of noise barriers thereby determining the optimum mitigation solution. We provide a comprehensive design specification in terms of performance, system and positioning.

The NRA document, Guidelines for the Treatment of Noise and Vibration in National Road Schemes, sets a noise or performance standard of 60Lden (free field) on all new national road schemes.
